Telegram Wallet has integrated with Affluent to offer DeFi yield through its self-custodial wallet. This collaboration brings USDT yield options to Telegram users, making DeFi more accessible. The partnership enables users to earn up to 3.5% yield on their USDT holdings through the TON Wallet “Earn” feature.
Telegram’s self-custodial wallet now allows users to earn yield through TON-based DeFi vaults. The integration with Affluent marks a significant step toward bringing DeFi to Telegram’s vast user base. Users can easily access the feature, with just one click to earn yield on their assets.
Egor Danilov, CPO of Wallet in Telegram, emphasized the goal of making Web3 accessible. He stated,
