BlockDAG, Ripple, Litecoin, and Hyperliquid: Why Holders Keep Believing in the Top Performing Cryptos

The 2025 crypto market has moved from hype-driven growth to conviction-based holding, and this shift is most visible among the top performing cryptos. Projects like Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), and Hyperliquid (HYPE) continue to gain attention through strong technology, partnerships, and steady adoption. Yet one project, BlockDAG (BDAG), stands out for redefining what it means to hold with conviction.

While many early buyers in the market sell after small profits, BlockDAG holders are showing rare patience. Even with paper gains of around 3,200%, they continue to hold, believing in the project’s technology, large user base, and long-term purpose. This behavior mirrors the early confidence seen with Bitcoin and Ethereum, suggesting a new phase in crypto where conviction, not hype, defines success among the top performing cryptos.

BlockDAG (BDAG): Redefining Patience in Crypto Holding

In a market known for quick trades and short-term gains, BlockDAG (BDAG) stands apart. Despite having potential gains of 3,233% from its $0.0015 Batch 31 price to its confirmed $0.05 mainnet launch price, BDAG holders continue to stay firm. The presale has already raised over $434 million, sold more than 27.1 billion coins, and drawn in 312,000+ holders, making it one of the largest pre-launch communities ever recorded.

This strong commitment is rooted in proof, not speculation. The hybrid DAG and Proof-of-Work design is fully tested, processing 1,400 transactions per second on the Awakening Testnet. Alongside this, the X1 mobile mining app has reached over 3 million active users, showcasing a live, functional system before its official launch.

Holders often describe their confidence as “owning Ethereum before it took off,” expecting the mainnet launch to reveal BDAG’s full market value. This approach marks a major change among the top performing cryptos, where short-term trading is giving way to belief-driven participation. As GENESIS DAY approaches, BlockDAG holders represent a new mindset in blockchain, turning conviction into a long-term vision.

Litecoin (LTC): Gaining Strength Through Institutional Interest

Litecoin (LTC) continues to prove why it remains among the top performing cryptos, even after more than a decade in the market. Recently priced around US $97.39, LTC has recorded a 0.88% gain, showing steady buying patterns despite broader market caution. The growing confidence comes from institutional anticipation, as the U.S. SEC reviews three spot-Litecoin ETF applications from Grayscale, Canary Capital, and CoinShares, with analysts estimating a 68–90% approval chance by late October 2025.

Retail participation remains strong, with more than half of LTC’s circulating supply held by individuals, showing broad distribution and lasting trust. If ETFs are approved, new institutional liquidity could trigger another growth phase for Litecoin, reinforcing its track record of resilience. In a market often driven by short-term noise, Litecoin’s consistent performance keeps it securely within the top performing cryptos known for real, lasting momentum.

Hyperliquid (HYPE): Building Quiet Power in the Derivatives Space

Although Hyperliquid (HYPE) hasn’t announced new updates recently, its steady fundamentals continue to draw analyst attention among the top performing cryptos focused on derivatives. Recognized for its on-chain trading activity and strong revenue generation, Hyperliquid has positioned itself as a leader in decentralized perpetuals and derivatives markets. Its growing role in the USDH stablecoin competition, alongside platforms like Native Markets, shows its expanding influence in the broader DeFi liquidity ecosystem.

The lack of short-term headlines has not weakened its progress. Instead, it highlights a level of maturity uncommon in younger projects. Experts note that networks like Hyperliquid often perform best during volatile periods when efficient trading systems are in demand. Even without constant media buzz, its consistent activity and infrastructure growth ensure its place among the top performing cryptos with sustainable, long-term relevance.

Ripple (XRP): Price Breakout Meets Institutional Support

Ripple (XRP) is quietly showing renewed strength. Trading between US $2.40–2.45, XRP recently displayed an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern, suggesting a potential climb toward US $2.80–3.00 if momentum continues. Analysts are reporting increased institutional interest in Ripple following greater regulatory clarity and the release of Ripple Prime, its liquidity platform designed for professional use.

Beyond its chart patterns, Ripple’s real advantage lies in its ability to connect blockchain technology with banking systems, enhancing cross-border payment efficiency. With deeper liquidity and rising on-chain activity, XRP remains a vital player among the top performing cryptos, bridging traditional finance and blockchain. While near-term resistance remains, its solid foundation keeps XRP a key part of 2025’s financial landscape.

Conclusion

The top performing cryptos of 2025 are being shaped not by short-term excitement but by strong conviction and sustainable growth. Litecoin, Ripple, and Hyperliquid continue to prove how real-world use and institutional adoption create lasting value. Yet BlockDAG stands out by turning its presale into a movement fueled by community participation, technical innovation, and belief in the long-term vision.

Having raised over $434 million and sold more than 27.1 billion coins, BlockDAG’s progress reflects growing confidence that goes beyond market trends. With holders still showing conviction despite theoretical gains of more than 3,200%, it symbolizes the emotional and structural maturity shaping the top performing cryptos of today. As GENESIS DAY draws closer, the next major success story will belong to those who build with patience and hold with purpose.

Pavel's humanity, and Ton's challenges

Pavel's humanity, and Ton's challenges

I really like what Pavel mentioned about not using a mobile phone. Essentially, this is an "information fasting" approach to the challenges of information overload, contrasting with the "food fasting" that everyone loves using apps. One is metaphysical, the other is physical, but ultimately, both affect the mind and body, influencing hormones like cortisol. Now and in the future, attention is the scarcest resource. Being able to freely disconnect from electronic devices is a luxury, a freedom with its own barriers. Pavel is also an extreme craftsman. The advantage of being a craftsman is that you can lead a small team to create a killer app. However, the limitation is that Telegram, as the largest instant messaging software outside of China and the US, cannot become another Tencent platform. This same culture has also influenced its Web3 project, TON. By the way, let me talk about my close observation of TON over the past four years as the first Chinese institutional investor in the world. 1. The wrong technological path was taken. TON's stubborn insistence on using C++ seems like a kind of technological purist obsession. Historically, Russians have repeatedly taken the wrong turn on the "data technology tree": the Soviet Union failed to adapt to the transistor revolution, became obsessed with vacuum tube performance optimization, and missed the entire chip wave. They often overemphasize performance and control, but neglect the ecosystem and development experience. TON's SDK, toolchain, and documentation ecosystem lack standardization, making the development threshold too high; this is not a syntax problem, but a problem of lacking platform thinking. 2. Uneven ecological composition. Currently, it's basically only Russians and Chinese who are active, but resource allocation is clearly biased towards the Russian-speaking region. This is something everyone is already familiar with. 3. Oligopoly. Funding, traffic, and narrative resources within the ecosystem are concentrated on a few "top" companies/projects. Everyone knows they must curry favor with the "top" teams, but mid-tier projects are severely squeezed out. There is also a long-term power struggle between foundations and the oligopolistic "top" companies, resulting in constant internal friction. 4. Failure to accept oneself. Accepting and reconciling with oneself is crucial for any individual or organization. Only on this basis can you face yourself honestly and leverage your strengths while mitigating your weaknesses. However, TON seems obsessed with pitching to Musk, persuading American investors, and getting to the White House. The truth is, no matter how hard it tries, in the eyes of others, TON remains a public chain with a Russian background. In contrast, BNB didn't try to play the "American" role. Instead, it first became the most popular chain in the Eastern Time Zone, simultaneously creating a sense of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) among Westerners, before smoothly expanding internationally—a much more effective approach. 5. The story of "adoption for 1 billion users" has been told for four years, and it's still just a story. Pavel keeps telling a grand story of "connecting Telegram's 1 billion users with the blockchain world," but this story has yet to truly materialize. The reason isn't that the vision is false, but rather structural constraints: In order to survive and ensure Pavel's personal safety (in recent years, Pavel has become increasingly obsessed with his physical safety, given several incidents, including the recent events in France), Telegram must maintain a "superficial" separation from TON to avoid crossing regulatory red lines; this separation prevents TON from ever truly integrating with Telegram's ecosystem. Even stablecoins like USDE have maintained a supply of only a few hundred million—indicating that the story is grand, but the reality is small. TON possesses the perfectionism of engineering geeks, yet lacks the warmth of ecological collaboration; it has a massive entry point, but is hampered by regulatory realities; it has its own advantages, but has not yet reconciled with itself. It has a narrative and ideals, but these need to be transformed into a sustainable balance of systems and incentives. I wish the TON ecosystem will continue to improve.
